I do not take returns or exchanges. If a product arrives damaged and/or broken, please e-mail me as soon as you receive the package.

Commissioned items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is received (with exception to extreme circumstances).

All prices are in USD.

I do not give any clients, future, past, or present, the right to mint or sell the commission I create for them as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), blockchain, and/or cryptocurrency.

For commissions totaling $100+, 50% of the price is due upfront and the other 50% (plus shipping) after pictures of the finished project are given if the client cannot pay the full total upfront. Commissions totaling less than $100 are to be paid in full before starting work.

My typical commission turnarounds are 4-8 weeks, not including shipping time. If you need a rush job (defined as product needs to be received in 2 weeks or less), I will add an extra 25-50% of the total commission price due upfront depending on the timeframe.

I will not make plushies of small or private games/comics/etc. unless you own them and their design. Plushies from large IPs, i.e. Pokemon, are OK.

All plushies ordered are for personal uses ONLY. Please do not re-sell plushies you have commissioned from me.

The plushies I make are not toys nor meant for children or pets. They do not go through play or safety testing so I cannot guarantee they'll be safe for children or pets to handle. Please purchase on your own judgment.
